  2. How do I join the Casino8Online Referral Program?

  3. How am I paid out and how much?

    Casino8Online pays you 10% of the net revenue generated by each new customer (not including sports betting) that is linked from your site to Casino8Online. If during any monthly period your referred customers generate negative revenue (i.e. Casino8Online loses money due to a referred customer(s)), your negative balance will be carried over into the next month and a payout will occur only when the balance is made positive again. You will NEVER be asked to repay a negative balance. Your payouts are credited to your Ecash account on the first of each month.

  4. How do I check on the status of how much credit I'm due?

    To view the current status of your referral account, please visit our payout statistics page which is updated in real-time and includes monthly payout summaries of previous months. Your referral account is credited for a player's action as soon as they leave a game.

  5. Why am I not being paid out for player x?

    There are several reason why you may not be receiving referral fees for a given client with the most common being:

    • The referred customer is not a new user - i.e. this person already has history at Casino8Online.
    • You (the website owner) have shared user information with the referred customer prompting us to view the newly referred customer as an old user of Casino8Online.
    • The person did not click through the banner on your webpage (e.g. "word-of-mouth" referrals).
    • Your banner is not linked to us correctly.

    In each of the above cases we do not pay referral fees. We do not assume any responsibility for lost referral fees due to an incorrectly linked banner or any of the reasons listed above.

  6. Am I paid referral fees for customers who order the free CD?

    Yes. Our tracking system will even credit you for those who order our free CD and play when they receive the CD at a later date.

  7. How do I download a banner?

    To download a banner from our banners page, right-click on the banner you like and then click on "Save Picture/Image As ...".
