The User Information Management Systems allows members of Casino8online to save their user information to a floppy disk. By saving this information to a floppy disk, a member can avoid re-registering (and generating a new CryptoLogic Ecash account) if their computer system crashes or it becomes necessary to uninstall and reinstall Casino8online . This floppy disk can also be used to access the saved account from another computer that already has Casino8online installed.

How do I save my user information to a floppy disk?

Once you have registered as a member at Casino8online, you may save your user information to floppy disk at any time by clicking on the "User Info System" button located on the pop-up login box at the initial Casino8online screen. This will bring up a menu from which you must select the drive your floppy disk is located and then click on Save Now. Please note that your username and password are NOT saved to this disk - you must enter them each time you enter the casino even if you are using the floppy disk.

How do I recover my account using the floppy disk in the case of a crash or uninstallation?

To recover your account using the floppy disk, first click on the "User Info System" button located on the pop-up login box at the initial Casino8online screen. Then insert your floppy disk and select the Emergency Recovery button.

How do I access my Casino8online account from a different computer?

To access your Casino8online account from another computer (i.e. different from the one you created the floppy disk on), please follow the steps listed below:

1. Start Casino8online
2. Insert your floppy disk
3. Click on the entrance to Casino8online
4. Enter your username and password and check the box "Use user information from the floppy"
5. Select the appropriate drive letter (A or B)
6. Press OK

Caution:

Never use the Emergency Recovery option on a computer other than your own as it will override the user information on that computer and install your own. To use your account on another computer, please follow the steps outlined in the "How do I access my Casino8online account from a different computer?" section above. Only use the Emergency Recovery option in the case of a hard drive crash or installation
